1. About Shehnaaz

Shehnaaz ("we", "us", "our") sells heavy embroidered, unstitched women's suits, with optional custom stitching, through shehnaaz.pk. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

2. Products

All suits are sold unstitched as standard practice. Fabric, embroidery, and colour may show slight natural variation from screen photos due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of the embroidery — this isn't considered a defect.

Custom stitching is offered as a paid add-on (typically Rs. 2,500–3,500, depending on the design), based on measurements you provide us after ordering.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept Cash on Delivery across most of Pakistan, along with any online payment methods shown at checkout. Prices and availability can change without prior notice.

4. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee stock, since pieces are limited and not restocked once sold out. If an item becomes unavailable after you've ordered, we'll contact you on WhatsApp to offer a similar alternative or a full refund.

5. Shipping

Unstitched orders typically ship in 2–4 days; custom-stitched orders take 7–10 days once measurements are confirmed. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Unstitched, unused pieces with original tags and packaging can be returned within 10 days of delivery. Custom-stitched orders are final and cannot be returned, since they're made specifically to your measurements. Full details are on our Return Policy page.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photos, product descriptions, and branding — belongs to Shehnaaz and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take care in describing and photographing every piece, but we're not liable for minor variations in colour or embroidery that naturally occur with handmade fabric, or for delays caused by courier partners beyond our control.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our policies evolve. The version posted on this page is always the one currently in effect.
